Premium Rush

Definitely an intense and suspenseful movie. The cast is great and I thought this movie really went the distance. Joseph Gordon Levitts plays a bike messenger in New York City. Wilee is the best of the best. But he runs into a bit of a problem trying to deliver a note to someone. It doesn't help that the talented Michael Shannon is after him as the bad cop. If you love cycling films, you'll want to see this one. Great camera work! And the storyline wasn't all that bad, either.

Bobby Monday(Michael Shannon). Years from now we’ll all be quoting this character.-lifejustgotawkward

The story starts from one point. But then it stops and shows what the other character was doing at the same time of the story. Its an interesting way the story was put together to get everyone's perspective of the day. And thankfully, it wasn't difficult to follow. With New York city as the backdrop makes the movie all the more suspenseful with traffic and other urban obstacles.

Premium Rush is essentially a love letter to bicycles. That may sound rather dim-witted but, in fact, is the most intelligent and innovative weapon the film has in its arsenal. A pedestrian’s nightmare, these extremist bike couriers that writer-director David Koepp chooses to focus on are the blood pumping through the veins of the New York City streets. Seen but unseen, they’re gone in the blink of an eye whether swerving through traffic or hopping over whatever obstruction might be foolish enough to get in their way.-andrewhatesmovies

Dania Ramirez is the love interest in the film. Her Vanessa is a bike messenger too. She definitely rode the streets of Manhattan in this film.

I just saw this movie with my sister. It was so good and well crafted and intense. I am very, very pleased with JGL right now. More so than the usual :)-hormonecasserole

The majority of people didn’t go see Premium Rush, which is in movies theaters now. Yet I will give you a brief synopsis of Aaron’s appearance in the film, because he’s not in the film for that long. Keep your eyes opened because you will miss him in the movie.
They filmed at Columbia University for his scene. And he was in the scene for an minute. Really, he was. He comes on screen within eight minutes of the film. Aaron plays a law student named Kyle. He looks so young. I swear he has discovered the fountain of youth, or he’s part Asian somehow. Of course, the costume department put him in plaid. Half of the time, he wears plaid in real life. He wore a short sleeve light blue plaid shirt with jeans. In his brief appearance, he interacted with Joseph Gordon-Levitt’s character, Wilee. They talked about how Wilee didn’t take the bar exam for law school. And Wilee tries to avoid him and he has to pick up a package. Kyle/Aaron recommends him to take the bar by snorting some Ritalin.-bemyonly

Go see it. It is honestly one of the best structured films I have ever seen. If I were to rate it out of 5, it would be a 4.5. It was amazing, there were a lot of twists and awesome Inception-y kind of stuff in it (Kind of funny because Joseph Gordon-Levitt was in Inception xD). It was almost as good as The Dark Knight Rises. I highly recommend this film to anyone. :D-space-orion

STORYLINE:Wilee is one of 1,500 bike couriers in Manhattan who rides on the edge by having a bike with no brakes. On this day, Wilee has a delivery that is so valuable that a corrupt NYC Detective, who needs the money, begins to chase Wilee throughout the city to get it before the envelope is delivered.
