Fiction Tuesday-The Edge of Never

Oh..who can resist a roadtrip story? Especially, when one twenty something year old is down and out and trying to make a fresh start like Cam. And then to meet someone like Andrew on the bus.

Yeap, its a world wind love story by J.A. Redmerski. There is something about this southern writer's style that draws you in. Perhaps its her characters, or the emotion of it.

"Addictive and fast paced. Readers will be drawn to Camryn, a smart girl who has become emotionally numb. Her partner in crime, the systerious, spontaneous and sweet Andrew is the real highlight. Readers will quickly get wrapped up in the adventure." (RT Book Reviews)

"Knocked me down and left me gasping for breath . . . Every morsel of pain the characters felt, every intimate moment and deep love that the characters experienced, I experienced right along with them." (GliteraryGirl.com)

I hate cheesy love stories. I also hate cheesy love stories about young people. There are some exceptions, for example, if the plot isn’t central to romance, like hunger games or something.

But this book screams that shit. I kind of don’t like it because it reads like some fan fiction I would have written in high school. Yet, I’m continuing the book because it was highly recommended by two of my friends who don’t even know each other.

A girl gets on a bus to no where. Of course she sits near some hot guy who ends up having a strange protection over her with good intentions.-Mia

I dream about things that really matter. At least in my world, they matter. What the air in other countries feels like on my skin, how the ocean smells, why the sound of rain makes me gasp.
