Willa is an L.A. girl with connections to Brian De Palma who was her step-dad once. She has an older sister Brianna and a younger sister Piper. It was Spielberg who told her step-dad that she should have been in front of the camera. Its been history since then being in Legion and of course, these days on the CW's ARROW. She was also Agnes Andrews in Gossip Girl.
