The Crimson Field

A British drama set during World War 1 of the untold stories of what it was like for the Army hospital in Northern  France, where most of it takes place in tents, near the war front.

And there are some evil women who are in control of the hospital even if the officers wouldn't know it.  Yet, they are probably the backbone of war, that kept the men going, too.

Fresh faces not quite war torn, but up for a good cause. Of course, each has their stories too. Of course, they are told well through the crisis they become a part of.

Historical, yet oh so profound. This isn't your ordinary M.A.S.H. unit.

Need to see some men in uniform? Well, this might be your Sunday night ticket on PBS this summer, or at least for a few weeks.

Honestly, Kitty(Oona Chaplin) is my favorite on the show. She definitely is the definition of what anyone would want in a nurse.
