Can you imagine not being able to decipher a blog. Read a letter in the mail or even a news headline. America is a melting pot that has gone in waves over the years of promoting literacy. Reading is something that keeps you alert and yet can give you a good night's rest (reading before bed). In our day and age of so many electronic devices, I'm sure many are thinking..what about it? Reading is something we take for granted. Still, many libraries out there are helping new readers. They might be new to this country, or never learned because of being bullied. Its never too late to learn. Find strength in reading.
