Kaori & Ellie prt. 25

Kaori & Ellie prt.25

Milo couldn't believe his luck.

Finally, he went out on his own. Perhaps his Korean was broken, but good enough to get himself in as an extra at the filming studio.

All he had to do was sit in a dining cafe area, going about his business, mostly. He just made sure he didn't look at the camera. He was only in the background, but it was good money.

Of course, he wanted to show his skills behind the camera. He did have an education in that sort of thing, but it didn't mean much here. He would have to start at the bottom..so he did.

And..he found a place to live. Big enough, for Yugi and his little one.

He stood out on the big terrace. It would be great for gardening. Plenty of light. Yes, it was a rooftop place just across from where Yugi and Micky lived.

As soon as he saw Yugi and Tan, just outside of their little place, he waved to them with such excitement.

Yugi looked at him as if he didn't understand. Milo waved frantically for them to come over.

"COME LOOK AT THE NEW PLACE!" He yelled with excitement.

A few minutes later, Yugi carried Tan up the steps to the place.

"What do you think?" Milo was all smiles.

Yugi almost smiled. He didn't understand.

Milo held up three fingers. "The rooms are small, but we can have our own room." Milo had definitely lived in smaller spaces. There was only a tiny bathroom and the kitchen was part of the living area. There was even a space outside to sleep. "But, we could grow things."

Yugi nodded as if he liked the idea.

"You and Micky could still see each other." Milo pointed back to where Yugi and Micky lived. He guessed it would all be temporary, but he liked the idea of having a home here. He was used to walking up lots of steps.

"How did you do it?" Yugi winced still carrying his son.

"Um, my credit isn't as bad as I thought, and they evidently aren't against having actors in the building." Milo smled.

"Actors?" Yugi winced with a grin.

"I might have been a little creative." Milo chuckled. "But who knows, I might star in a Korean drama, one day."
