Oh, the carrot cake

 Now don't botch this up like I did. Yes, it's pretty simple to make in the blender..but I somehow neglected the baking soda. It needs both baking powder and baking soda. And I did bake it at 350.

  3. Ooh, carrot cake! So Eastery! My mom made one too, and everyone loved it, even my two-year-old niece (even if we did have to pretend that it wasn't veggie flavored to get her to eat it). It sounds like you had a lovely Easter, too. A brunch that turns into a lunch is always a good thing, and there's no such thing as too many deviled eggs. :)
