My Dearest

My Dearest is a period piece K-drama on the premise of what can a bunch of scholars do when the barbarians arrive (the Mongolians). Of course, they need someone who isn't as noble as they are, but can do the noble thing. It's also a love story. It's one of status too. However, the real beauty of this is the cinematography and the way the scenes are shot. Although, it doesn't hurt to have NamKoong Min's sharp wit at the helm.

  1. Ooh. Mongolia has always fascinated me so the cinematography would probably wow me.

The beach was nice. Are you cooler today? I didn't actually try the burritos, just had a hot dog. It was hot and we were heading t othe beach, so I didn't want to eat anything heavy, but I'm going to try them the next time I go lol!

    1. I stayed in at the library all day! Cooler, but the smoke came with the cold front and everyone seemed to be coughing.

    2. Oh my gosh that story! A Danny Trejo guy with a leer. That's umconfortable with everyone staring at you, but at least the food was good :):):):):))

  2. This is such a cool turn of phrase: "Of course, they need someone who isn't as noble as they are, but can do the noble thing." And the blue bonnet is beautiful! ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’™
