Happy Women's Day

 

It ain't easy being a woman. 

Actually, it is hard to believe it wasn't until recently that doctors have made it a priority to help those with pre-menopause. Hell, they haven't done a whole lot over the centuries for menopause in general. So this generation doesn't know how lucky they are.

Pri-menopause can start as early as the mid thirties. Dunno why it is happening so early. Possibly because many are on birth control, but it is quite a bugger to get off birth control. 

Not that I really wanted to focus on that topic, but many generations will tell you that it has not been easy juggling a family and a career. So many put off starting a family. And this leads to other problems. 

Of course, there are no perfect answers. Which leads to the fact that women are not always nice to each other. And I think that is our greatest loss. Nurturing friendships. Naturally, we are so busy with our own lives it is difficult to be that friend we need to be. 

Just one more paradox we all have to face. Be kind to each other. If you can teach, teach. If you can be a good neighbor...that is where it starts. Let's keep striving for a better tomorrow.
