Hospitality is Brian Betancourt, Nathan Michel, Kyle Olson, and Amber Papini. The band formed in 2007 in New York City. Lead singer, Amber Papini's greatest influence Richard Butler of The Psychedelic Furs.
With the help of Shane Stoneback (Vampire Weekend, Sleigh Bells) and band member Nathan Michel, the band creates an intimate atmosphere with notes, melody and quirkiness. There is a genuine sophistication to their sound. Pop yet not. So grownup, yet Papini's lyrics explore the past yet making it feel ever so present.
