Oh, if you are in dire need of a chick flick staring none other than our Chuck Bass with a British accent, well..you are in for a treat with Chalet Girl.
Where Upstairs Downstairs meets modern times in the Alps. |
We get to see a whole new playful Felicity Jones, too. Her Kim is on the comeback. She was once an up coming skater girl, but after a car accident that left her mum dead has sent Kim to hard times of fast food and fending for her Dad who can't find a job. She's suddenly the Nowhere Girl of the Skateboard world.
Who could of thunk it? Kim ending up at a Chalet as the help? But we soon learn she can do anything domestic or on the slopes.
Truly, its a delightful film with Bill Nighy and Brooke Shields as Ed Westwick's very rich parents. His Jonny in engaged to Sophia Bush's Chloe.
Kim is in the midst of a do-over. This time a snow boarder. Its a film where opposites very well attract. Jonny is smitten with her talent and her tom-boy charm.
Who can resist Ed Westwick's smile and charisma?
If you are either a fan of Felicity's or Ed's, I'm sure you'll want to watch this film. It isn't just cute. It has a lot of heart too. And its great to see Felicity Jones smile and take on such a different kind of role. Also, its great to hear Ed's real voice and to know what a true charmer he really is.
