STORY: Hail Caesar! Follows a day in the life of Eddie Mannix, a Hollywood fixer for Capital Pictures in the 1950s, who cleans up and solves problems for big names and stars in the industry. But when studio star Baird Whitlock disappears, Mannix has to deal with more than just the fix.
Well..if I must say..this one was a dud. Perhaps my expectations were too high. After all, The Cohen's and George did O' Brother Where Art Thou. The movie just ended. It was fairly predictable, as well.
Still, the high light of the film was watching Channing Tatum's song and dance number. And it was a great performance from Alden Ehrenreich as well. Yet, it felt like a film full of cameos for the most part.
Interesting take on the movie, no idea if I will watch it...but its nice to get a honest opinion :)
