Lockdown Diary

 

I'm not gonna lie, but I thought me girl was going mental on me. For real! (His eyes are lit as if it might be all wrong).

Here, I thought, my god..what have I done to my love. Take her out to the beach just to let her come down with something. (He's very serious as he speaks of his day at the beach with Amber.)

Illness is everywhere, man. Everywhere. So yeah, I gave her a piggyback ride. (He sighs as his fingers are together. His elbows resting on his knees as he is sitting alone in the interview) Just about killed me, (He stresses a smile but then puts his forefinger to his lips with a smile) but don't tell her. Seriously, I manned up and did what I had to do. We might have lost a picnic basket or two, but you know. I was certain she might die of heat exhaustion. You know, something like that. (he shrugs)

It was great. You know, it's been ages since we've been down there (He speaks with his hands with enthusiasm). Actually, I dunno if she'd ever gone(he's even lipped now.

 Then I get her home. I get her to bed thinking she needed water and well, evidently, she was only a little liar. (He presses a quick smile and almost laughs) I hate to say it now. Makes my left eye twitch just admitting it. 

But you know, I can smile about it now. It was her who took the initiative. Sex was really the last thing on my mind. (His tone is serious).

Oh, it makes me laugh now. (he smiles). I even marked it on the calendar. I bet you didn't think boys did that kind of thing, did you? (His laugh is soft as if he's caught  up in the moment.)

I know, really I should shut up about it because if Ambs knew I was talking about it, she'd kill me (He clinches a stressed smile). It's just, it was different. Really..it wasn't like her to be so.. But I gotta tell you, this girl really likes me. I don't know if it had to do with the moon or the ocean..I can say it now..I think she's the most fantastic person on earth. (His smile is sincere as if she is the only one for him. Always.)

I mean, yeah we've had sex, but not like this. No sir. Mame. Whoever.  I mean this had to have something to do with nature. Possibly. (He sighs as if he's pleased).

I just went with it you know, like smooth sailing. (He nods with an even smile.) Sure, we've had sex. I mean, it wasn't like that was the first thing we ever did. We worked up to it (Je nods). But at the same time, I couldn't tell you if she honestly liked it or not. Not that I got out a survey questionnaire and asked (He shrugs as if that might be a bad joke). I wouldn't do that. 

I mean I love this girl. I do. I just wasn't sure if you know, I was even up to par. (He shakes with laughter as if he is at his happiest now.)

But this time, I dunno..it's like perfection. Just wish I could remember what I did right. Because I'd like it to be that way every time, but who knows..it might just even get better.
