Don't Dare To Dream

The main story is about co-workers who find themselves together in the hospital. He has breast cancer and they slowly begin to trust each other in this 2016 K-drama brought to you by the screenwriter who wrote Pasta (If you haven't seen that one It really should be on your MUST-SEE K-DRAMA list).

Naturally, he is a bit of a poor little rich boy who has somehow been disowned by his family just to make it at the top as a newscaster. He put his other brother in debt by a news report. While she is the weather forecaster barely getting by and becoming everyone's Girl Friday at work. She has lost her mother to Breast Cancer and is always getting checked out for this cancer. While she is his makeup girl (Although, she has had a crush on him for 3 years at work) in Thailand she notices something in his chest, and he didn't want to be bothered, but finally he gets it checked out and he has Breast Cancer. 

Throw in a bromance with the loneliest rich boy around (who likes to design clothes while his mother has designs of her own..about who he will marry) and then you've got the whole older brother and his misguided ex-wives who are fussing over his daughter. ... And yeah this girl (the FL of True Beauty) has her own love triangle going too!
