OC RP - Fiona

UPDATE: It's a new month, and the wine is still in my fridge. Untouched.

OK, I'm beginning to think I need to move it from the fridge. It is taking up space. Although I am afraid that if Dakota or Ezra comes over to check, they will think I drank the whole thing.

Sometimes, everything is impossible, and I still feel drunk, maybe just on life.

I swear, last week I thought I saw my cousin at the ice cream place. I thought I was going to faint, but after a closer look, well..just a guy who kind of looks like him. The crazy thing is, I was smitten. Perhaps. Thinking, oh, wouldn't it be great to date someone like my cousin? I can't believe I had thoughts like that. Why would I want to do something like that?

Anyway, I am surprising myself every day, living all on my own. I am doing my best not to bother Dakota. After all, she has that new job. Ezra hasn't bothered me much either. What's going on?

I actually ate at the picnic benches with Alex and Sam. It was pleasant. They shared some of their cold salads because they didn't want them to go to waste. I had a bag of chips. Yeah, leave it to me to bring the most unhealthy thing, but hey, it's summer.

And I've been really good about tidying up my place so it doesn't look like a disaster area. Honestly, it wouldn't take much. But I've been keeping my dishes washed up as well as my laundry.

While others are going to the yard sales in the complex, I am staying away. Less is more? Right? Although Dakota did get me to go out and about with her just to visit the Golden Girls and other people in the complex.

Maybe that was the first time I saw Matty. I didn't know his name at the time. I didn't know if he was visiting or what. I have a feeling he's one of the Golden Girls' grand nephews.

He looks so familiar, but I don't know who. Anyway, just this cool guy in passing. Nothing much, he probably talked to Dakota more than me, and then later, when I asked about him, she was like, "Who are  you talking about?" Like, he might be just my imagination.

But just a day or so ago, guess who stopped by the Ice Cream Shop? Uh-huh..and he was alone. Even better, he remembered me. I almost fell over. Oh, I must have laughed. I tried so hard to keep a straight mouth. Like, you know, I could care less, but it wasn't like I could do much, other than serve him a scoop of strawberry ice cream.

I found out then, he's Matty. And he loves our strawberry ice cream.
