Keke Palmer

Keke with Raymond Ablack on Degrassi
an actress and performer!
Truly silly but this is the True Jackson show we've grown up with.

She's best known as True Jackson from TRUE JACKSON, VP. She was on the premiere of Degrassi's Now Are Never as herself, showing her entertainer side.

Keke is from south of Chicago. She got her start in Barbershop 2 with Queen Latifah back in 2004. That year she went on to be nominated for an Emmy in THE WOOL CAP. In 2007 she won a NAACP Image Award for Akeelah and the Bee. She also danced away with Corbin Bleu in JUMP IN!

Palmer contributed her first recording, which was featured on the "Akeelah and the Bee" soundtrack, titled "All My Girlz" and followed it up with the ever popular "My Turn Now" on the 'Jump In" Movie soundtrack. As if two soundtracks were not enough, she was also asked to sing "Tonight," an end title song from the smash-hit Ben Stiller movie Night at the Museum (2006).

She will soon be seen in Joyful Noise with Queen Latifah. She's 'peaches' in the new Ice Age movie, as well.
