The Luck of the Irish

Its Saint Patrick's day and he's possibly not a saint. Although, I think Robert is much more of an endearing person than he might let on. I heard once, and would like to believe, he bought his girlfriend a car after his first big success. But that just might be talk.

Anyway, Robert Sheehan might never get Robert Pattinson parts, which is really OK with me. After all, Sheehan certainly spun his acting skills when it came to THE MISFITS as Nathan. However, when you've seen him is this role, episode after episode, its hard to think he could possibly do anything else but be crazy, oversexed Nathan who just might be a little boy at heart although (please forgive me) his mates on the show find him a real twat.

Yet, he was so complicated yet brilliant in Cherry Bomb with Rupert Grint. I loved him in this movie.

He was quite the quiet understudy in Season of the Witch, minding his Ps & Qs with a real American accent in a film that should have British. Only Nicholas Cage who stared in the film couldn't do an accent..even if he tried..I suppose.

Rob showed his more seriousness as an actor in Love/Hate, an Irish crime drama.

Yet, he got to have some fun with Ben Barnes in Killing Bono, as the brother of the would be rockstar. Only Bono got in their way.

Hopefully, Robert Sheehan is just getting started. I'd even watch him in a one man show.
