I'm not sure it will win many awards. Still it is a fascinating movie. If anyone deserves an award in this movie, it has to be Channing Tatum, who is no Magic Mike. You can definitely feel the pain of the character in just one look. His whole demeanor is that of Mark Schultz who is doing his best as an Olympic wrestler. The movie does a bit of inaccuracies of the real life story. Especially, the ending..which didn't happen right after the Olympics. And it is a sports fans movie. Much of the dark side of the Schultz brothers getting mixed up with the millionaire Jon du Pont (Steve Carell) is left to the imagination.
This doesn't sound like something I'd be interested in - not really a wrestling fan. :/
