OK..so I had to see this movie because of Ben Barnes, who has been a busy guy lately. On TV as Sam Adams in SONS OF LIBERTY. Anyway, he's the 7th son of a 7th son who has visions and falls into the hands of the town Spook..as his new apprentice(He replaces Kit Harrington who was the apprentice). As usual..there is just something interesting about Barnes. Yet sometimes, you can't be sure if his characters are too full of themselves or actually truly genuine.
The movie is full of action and witches and dragons. It is a popcorn movie, with a little romance too. Who knows there might even be a sequel. But I doubt it. Of course, I would watch it again. I'm a Ben Barnes fan.

OMG I adored this book series when I read it a few years back - I had no clue they were making a movie!
