| He Yu (Birth name: He Yi Qian), born in Yinchuan, Ningxia Province, is a Chinese actor and producer. After graduating from the Department of Architecture of Chongqing University, he further studied at Victoria University in Vancouver before moving on to Liu Tianchi Performance Workshop. In 2018, he co-produced the CCTV documentary "China Business Card" with Jiang Yiyan. He debuted as an actor in the 2018 web series "Lovely Swords Girl". |
If he's not the next big thing in Flower Boys of China..well, he should be... Love his character as the ML in Fated Boy. On the downside, I'm not that happy with his haircut..but Oh well, some haircuts are more tribal than others in the Chinese world of men. He is an excellent musician. At such a young age he has accomplished so much. I see him as the next big thing in the C-drama world, or just Chinese Pop. Maybe it's eyes..but yeah, he's got the skills and puts a lot of art in the craft of acting. Definitely, one to watch for. Please, Mr. He don't do anything bad. You know, like hitting girlfriends or I dunno.. You've got it, Baby..and I think you know it.

ReplyDeleteHe Yu seems like an exciting new talent! What you say here is so true: "Please, Mr. He don't do anything bad. You know, like hitting girlfriends or I dunno..." It's always awful to find out that a favorite celeb is a terrible person IRL. Here's hoping that He Yu is as kind as he is cute! Speaking of which, I got a kick out of your recent comment: "It's terrible when you think, oh he's such a great actor when all along ... oh, I just liked looking at him." Epiphanies can be a hoot. :)
ReplyDeleteIt's great when they happen...=) Oh, in China you might be ripped off social media and your works too if you do something that says..hey, I might not like living here which was the case with Zhang Zhehan "Mario" in my Caitlin & Megan story...he was photographed in Japan at some war museum. Hopefully, he moves out of the country ..like Canada, learns better English and keeps acting.
