Such a Wuxia Hero

 


I can't think of a more perfect actor for his role in Demi-Gods and Semi-Devils by the great Jin Yong. Tony Yang brings it on as the chief of the Beggar Sect. If you need a pugilist fix in these trying times..well, here is the  2021 latest remake. You can find the 2013 version on Prime.

Yang is Taiwanese and got his start in 2003 in Crystal Boys. He has such a great range from calmness to releasing the monster he can be in this epic tale.

      I guess you could tell I was FANGIRLING! He has such an indigenous vibe and yet when he acts he acts as if he has no idea he's handsome at all.
