Happy Cinco De Mayo!

There was a long wait line at Taco John's for the Mango Shrimp Street Taco! I rarely ever go there, but it's a limited item on the menu and to my surprise was really good. Of course, I am not much for mid-west Mexican food. But if you have a little one and need a treat yourself don't forget to pick up the 2 buck Churro Stick!

What a cheerful Cinco de Mayo explosion! I love the mix of Taco John's, the cute plushies, and the fierce fashion in the collage. I'm glad you made the trek to Taco John's to celebrate; Mango Shrimp Street Tacos sound amazing! Especially topped off with a Churro Stick. :) Last weekend, I tried mango chicken Chinese takeout instead of my usual beef and broccoli, and it was delicious. Finally, Midnight in Mexico is hauntingly beautiful. And I was psyched to see my roses again! :)
