NAME: Stacy AGE: 27, but I look more like 17. Likes: I eat healthy. I wish I was a vegan, but try to eat vegetarian. I need to exercise more, but since I don't feel the need to. I don't. I want to change that. I would love to have a cat. I like to watch French films and Asian dramas. I want to learn to crochet as my grandmother did. I like to sew. I'm really an indoor kind of person. You know, I like books, but the older I get I am pickier. I like local music and the summer festivals in the city. But I go to fewer of those too. I would like someone who likes to go to a concert occasionally. I would like someone to do things with, like cooking, traveling, and movies. I don't know, even going to the library could be a date. I say I'm a homebody, but I could be persuaded. Dislikes: My friends say I am way too picky when it comes to guys. And maybe I am. I don't like drunk guys. I'm kind of nerdy, but a part of me likes a bad boy, even if I keep telling myself NO. I am not into guys who are flashing their money and faking it. I want someone genuine. I want someone I can talk to. I know this is the dislike section, but you know what I mean. I don't like someone who's going to put me down. Who tells me I'm short. Well, I am. Deal with it. Sometimes, I'm not very fond of my job as a secretary at a radio station. Don't even get me started on DJs. What you look for in a significant other: Oh, now I'm ahead of myself. I want to be around someone I'm comfortable with. Before, I took my chances so easily and well, it was not always good. So I'm not looking for Mr. Money or anything. Yeah, a car would be nice, but I would even ride on his motorcycle. I want someone who enjoys living, but doesn't overdo it. .. you know, like a party animal. I want someone who likes to read and listen to music. Well, someone, I can really communicate with. We don't have to be on the phone all the time, but a text in the morning and at night is nice. What you wouldn't want in a significant other: Um, someone who's a slob. I mean, I'm not a clean freak. But someone who at least cares about taking good care of himself. I'm not really into a guy who laughs a lot. Who eats like a trash compactor. Who..who puts me down. I have my own mind. I want to be with someone who wants to be with me. See, no one told me this kind of stuff before. So you know, I'm kind of a tightwad and well, I live in a small basement apartment. OK, let's face it, I'm cheap but I try not to be an imposter about it, either. So yeah, I want to travel, but you know, that's like a fantasy. I like to cook. I like pasta and I like Mexican food, but I will eat food truck food, and street food at any time. I like meeting people. All kinds of people. I especially like to talk about their pets. My mom says I'm a flirt, but you know...it's all her fault. I learned it from her. So yeah, I like people. And of course, I like peace too. Dislikes: I hate my bed. It's the honest truth. My back hurts all the time. Sometimes, I have to just lay on my back on the floor and hope and pray a spider doesn't find me. Oh, I hate spiders too. I hate the thought of being in a fire. So ..uh, I don't really have that much stuff. Sure I'd love to have other people's junk, but I don't have room for it and I do not want to be a hoarder. What you look for in a significant other: Gosh, a girl who can hold her liquor. Um, I've always wanted to say that. Really, I hope she doesn't drink at all cause I have met a lot of girlfriends that way and nothing good came of it. I'm afraid. So yeah, I like a girl who can use her ingenuity. Someone who can teach me something. Someone who can be my friend. My best friend. Yeah, I know that is a lot to ask. What you wouldn't want in a significant other: Oh, a drunk girl. As I said, I've met a few. It can get really confusing. Especially, when they don't remember who you are. Um, a girl who takes me shopping for clothes. Just not really my thing. I mean, sure going out is good. Grocery shopping, looking at furniture. I'm down with that. I just am the worst at not knowing if that's a trend or not. Besides, I don't like talking about clothes or politics. Some subjects should be kept mute.
