HELLO OCTOBER - Face in the crowd

 

Halloween was coming and of course, Willow knew no one to spend it with. Especially, being off to college. Fortunately, she was only four hours from home and rather inland. So no troubles with hurricanes nor tornados. Although, there was that one night she did have to evacuate the highrise because of a bomb threat. 

That's when she met Cherry who knew everything there was possible to do for Halloween in the month of October.

"I look forward to this time of year," she shrugged. Of course, she was completely goth even at bedtime.  She devoted a lot time to her dark attire.

"But... how do you do something like that?" Willow thought it was quite expensive. She didn't have funds for something like that. 

"There is always thrifting," Cherry said she knew plenty of online shops with an affordable Goth wardrobe. "You don't have to pay a fortune for black lipstick either."

Really, Willow hadn't expected Cherry to be so friendly. Actually, Willow hadn't even gotten to know her roommate who at that time was off with her high school friends.

So it became a beautiful friendship and Halloween was the bomb!
