OC RP - Fiona

Fiona didn't know what to think when Matty told her that Ezra met someone. They were on the couch sharing popcorn on a very snowy night, watching awful news.

"Are you serious?" She didn't believe him.

"I'm serious, Nav said it was true. He saw this girl sitting on the couch watching TV," Matty had his head propped where he could watch Fiona instead of the TV.

"Huh." She popped another kernel in her mouth and decided it was best to watch reruns of Frazier instead. "Well, I hope he's happy." She didn't want to think about it. Ezra was just someone she used to know. They were practically strangers now.

"You know, I never knew what was really going on with Ezra and Dakota." She puffed a frown.

"You did," Matty remembered. "You were just stressed out about me."

Fiona sighed, not wanting to think about that either. She turned to him, noticing he was just in a wife-beater and his baggy sweat-pant shorts.

"Why are you so hot?" She looked at him blankly before she realised he would take it the wrong way.

"Oh really," he grinned with a nudge, moving in closer.

"I mean, I'm freezing and you, you'd walk around naked if you could." She was perturbed at the thought that he would think they might make their love nest here on the couch. Didn't he know her father would sit on this very spot come the weekend?

He took the popcorn from her as if he knew what she expected. "You can not live on popcorn alone. Let me make you an omelette." Matty kissed her on the forehead.

"That would be lovely," she smirked. The Ezra conversation was over. Of course, she expected to find out about this new woman in Ezra's life.
