Oh, you worried so, trying to figure me out. "I CAN'T EVEN FIGURE MYSELF OUT" Did you ever listen to me? What joy it was to go places where no one knew me and sometimes, I didn't think you knew either. Yes, it was a foolish April. But that plan for me to meet your family when it only baffled them. So cruel and very unusual you.
Sigh, it was the first time I knew it was going to be a rocky road, but most days you somehow smooth it out, being there for me. Before it's over, I have a feeling I'll be mellow yellow too.

Funny, you. You say, take a pic of you in your new pants, but you didn't like the photo. You say, take a pic of that couch you've been longing for. You text back, "Do I really have to put it together?" And I reply, "You know I'm all thumbs."
But you are crazy funny and I dunno how to have an account. And I don't like being a follower and followers scare me.
I think I should get off here before people find out just how weird I am. Let's just text the old-fashioned way and leave social media behind.

Just read your comment on Aldebaran. I bet there aRE similarities to a good Chinese drama. The author Leo does like to explore the human condition in and amongst the weirdness. :) I love that cover too. And I hope zoopass went okay!

ReplyDeleteI feel for Yunamay; she seems so tortured! Her fear of people finding out how weird she really is via social medial is probably a lot more common than people think. I hope she finds peace about that and also about her breakup. On another note, I love the cleverness of "foolish April" and the way you tied in "mellow yellow" with the aesthetics of the collage. All that pink and yellow and the hearts are so happy! πππππππππ
