The Spare Room: A Novel - It's a thriller!

 

Oh, summer just got hotter. This has its highs and lows. The main character is troubled or perhaps just wears her heart on her sleeve, but she has her cat and the two always seem to find trouble.  The book has been dubbed as one of the best pool-side reads this summer. It definitely has lots of twists and turns. Possibly you wish the main character was just a bit smarter at times, but it definitely pulls you. Oh, it's a page-turner alright. It might keep you up all night with solid characters and so very unpredictable.

Kelly’s new life in Philadelphia has turned into a nightmare: She’s friendless and jobless, and the lockdown has her trapped in a tiny apartment with the man she gave up everything for, who’s just called off their wedding.
