Under the weather

Oh, the Good Life! Even if it's an imaginary one. My Omaha apartment is in another world.

 Oh, it's been a weekend..which started Friday when I couldn't get the antibiotic I needed for the infection I have with my crowned tooth. I didn't sleep too well and the left side of my face kept swelling.  I had gone in Friday to see the dentist who ground down the crown some which he thought would give me a better bite and said then I might have an infection. Well, we usually have to go through the base for everything. Naturally, they did not like the prescription at all. "Maybe you can get it Monday," the guy said. I did my best not to get rattled. But it just got worse. So I went to Urgent Care early Saturday morning in the rain that was trying to turn to snow. 

It was such a tiny place after filling out a form the receptionist said, "I think you need to go to the ER."

Honestly, it was much more relaxed there at 9 in the morning. Still, I had to empty my bag even if I was their only patient. Finally, I got the prescription sent to Walgreens and only was out a little over two bucks. I was ready to pay whatever the price. So I went home ate some jello and yogurt and went to bed. I have a feeling I need more naps. My tooth does feel better. Just waiting for more of the swelling to go down. At least I managed 2 gifts to get to the library. I still need to rethink the rest. 

A Lily and Boone through Co-Pilot. I thought these two were the best match. Although, I feel she might be sweeter than my Lily character. Yes, I'm still waiting to see what will become of these two. I think that is the hardest in writing, getting them together and keeping them together as a couple.

This was my second choice in AI. Yet I felt Boone was much younger than Lily. And in my story he is a couple of years older than she is.

Of course, you never know what Co-Pilot might give you when you put in a little bit of info about your characters. You might just want to start a graphic novel of Roxann & Elvis.
