Is it Monday?

 

It's kind of a funny story, but then again I might have been pestering some teen who I was checking DVDs out to yesterday at the library. She had Lord of the Rings and FRIENDS. She was getting ready for the snowstorm we are getting hit with this week.

"Can you just imagine the mashup of FRIENDS and Lord of the Rings," I smiled. Then I told her about this friend I know who likes to play Lord of the Rings but finds himself hanging out in the taverns more than actually playing the game.

We talked about what might be going on if the Friends cast met up in a tavern. "I guess they'd be drinking mead instead of coffee," I said it might be all warm and cozy with a nice fire going and eating roasted food while catching up with who's seeing who. Maybe Phoebe found a troll or better yet a horseman who was once a swordsman who could take her away from her mundane odd jobs. 

It would be interesting to see what they would be doing in that realm. Of course, I am no Lord of the Rings expert.

Hopefully, you are getting more done today than I am. I did pop up all our old popcorn for the birds and the deer out back. Maybe they'll find it.
