OC RP - Nav

Nav was left all by his lonesome at the taco truck to listen to Han's endless tales of the trailer park. Evidently, Han knew everything. He said that the little kid who used to be around wasn't here anymore.

Nav nodded. He hadn't seen him either. Hopefully, he'd found his way back home. He wasn't much of a talker. Nav kept eating as if he wouldn't know when he might have a full stomach. Still, he wished Dakota were here. He wouldn't dare ask if Han knew what was up with Dakota and Ezra. It might make him lose his appetite.

"That ain't all?" Han looked up at him with sad eyes.

"What?" Nav winced at him.

"There's something in the woods out back."

Han crunched on another taco, and the hot sauce dripped from his lips. Nav handed him a napkin and told him it was nothing.

"Alex and her sister know." Han looked at him blankly.

"Now, why are you bringing them up?" Nav sighed with a squint, but then turned to his Dr. Pepper and drank it up with a straw. He shook the ice in the cup, wishing for another, but he looked over his shoulder and noticed how the food truck was closing up.

"Something is going on," Han said as he almost winked. Maybe something was in his eye.

"Just leave those two alone." Nav was serious. "They know a thing or two about things you haven't got a clue about, and.."

"And what?" Han looked at him as if Nav thought he wasn't man enough to handle it.

"Go looking for other stories. I'm sure the old ladies down the way would be happy to be interviewed." After all, they kept Han in candy and energy drinks.

Han looked away as if he didn't want to hear anything more from Nav, but Nav knew what he was talking about.

"You're just going to be trouble, aren't you?"

Han wouldn't say a word.
